Windows 10: Windows movies & TV movies have DRM?

So i have purchased a movie with my Microsoft points, and I want to download it and burn it to a DVD, but is it possible since the DRM?

Movies & TV app not working properly.

Hi,

I suggest you to un-install and re-install Movies & TV App and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key.
• Type Windows Powershell.
• Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
• Type in the following command to un-install Movies & TV App.

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneVideo* | remove-appxpackage

Note: The Movies & TV App can be reinstalled using the Store App or by following the link mentioned below. You will need to exit the Store app if it is already open before reinstalling the app.

DRM on bought movies

I have already bought Brave from Moves & TV and I downloaded it. I thought it can be transferred to my personal device and watch it everywhere. However, I found the downloaded movie is protected by DRM, so I can't open it in any other applicaitons.

I wonder if it is really necessary to add a DRM on bought movie， I can't even play it in WMP.
