Windows 10: Windows msconfig.exe missing icon.

i've searched everywhere, i didn't found a solution. thought i fixed it myself.

All you need to do is to go to C:\Windows\System32 find the msconfig.exe file, right click it, and pin to taskbar. that's it.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
