Windows 10: “Windows need to restart to continue”

I just got my pc today, and I build it up perfectly, I was be able to go into Bios, but when I trying to install windows 11 using the win 11 USB, it just keep repeatedly “ windows need to restart to continue”. But when I restarted it, it didn’t continue the process, I had to go into Bios and start over. And it’s not working! It just keeps telling me “ windows need to restart to continue “. I have tried so many times. Please give a solution .

Hard drive/ OS issue

a guy suggested :

• shutdown
• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted
• yay !!

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
