Windows 10: Windows Netframework

I have a Problem of windows net framework. its version is 3.5. which is not downloading. there comes an error whenever i try to install that. I am not well aware of Windows so tell me step by step instructions.

My PC specs are core i5 first generation 650

Processor 3.2 Ghz RAM 8 gb

I am installing gta 4 but this requires windows net framework.

Please Help me to resolve this issue i will be very thankful to you.

I tried window feature on or off and tick netframework 3.5 but the next step it show instal the feature and i click but it show the refernce assembly is not installed in your computer

 

.Netframework for Win 7

Does windows 7 have .netframework 1.1 installed? Because I just installed Win 7 Ultimate 32bit and I'm installed Boson Netsim for school and it tried to install .netframework 1.1.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
