Windows 10: Windows Network Globe

Last night my pc and network was working fine. I didn’t do anything to it i just turned off my pc and went to bed. Now when i woke up in the morning and turn on my pc my internet shows up as a globe and i can’t use it. I use a ethernet cable. i tried many fixes. i tried to use a diffrent ethernet port even a separate on that goes in a pcie slot. reset the network settings on the pc. restart my router. did all the ipconfig commands through cmd. tried changing my dns. and it still dosent work. is their a fix? thank you.
