Windows 10: Windows network jitter issues I guess?

Hello, I am facing a very frustrating problem. My laptop is having a network problem like it sometimes works fine and consistent. Other times it just so inconsistent. I am not using a ethernet cable though. But still it worked fine for a long time using the wifi. I had a temporary solution to this problem previously. I just had to uninstall network driver and shutdown and restart manually. But now after some sort of update or something it doesn't work anymore. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't and I can't seem to know when. My guess is it stays inconsistent for sometimes after restart a

There was one troubleshooting that I found to work temporarily after I posted here. When I signed in in safe mode, the jitter was gone. So, I rebooted, and this time uninstalled the AMD graphics driver in Manage Devices and the jitter stopped. But this came at a cost of bad resolution, lower refresh rate and choppy video playback. And once I reboot the system, the driver is installed automatically again and the issue comes back. It only started after the update on March 6. It was fine until then. Maybe compatibility issues?

I have a laptop that doesn't have mux switch to bypass the integrated GPU either.

I'll check out the other methods you suggested before I try the drastic step of fresh installation.
