Windows 10: Windows Network Throttling

So, I have a weird issue and I have exhausted everything I can find/do to resolve this issue. It appears that something in Windows is throttling network speeds at one of my client sites. Client has gig fiber. Below are things I have triedisabled Windows Auto-TuningDisabled Large OffsendTurned off delivery optimizationVerified the Switch is set to Auto Negotiation and is able to negotiate at gig speedsTried Connecting Dell and Lenovo Windows laptops directly to switch port and get roughly 400 MB downTried using gig USB-C adapterConnected Linux and MacBook to same port, directly to the switc

I'll be adding a small page on doing this in windows vista soon, since XP is the same with a step or two less, i assume people will figure it out.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

MSFS 2020 Throttle

I have the throttle quadrant and it all works fine except the throttle range is from 50% to full throttle only. It will not reduce past halfway.

The game controller calibration works correctly and it works correctly with FSX and X-PLANE.

Any suggestions?
