Windows 10: Windows News Feed on Widgets is broken in Windows 11

Something's wrong with Widgets and its News Feed. About an hour ago, I noticed that the Widgets gets a blank screen that says, "We're having trouble loading the news feed. There could be something happening on our end. Reload the news to try again." But reloading never fixes anything, and neither does turning off Widgets and then turning it back on, nor restarting the Windows Explorer taskbar nor restarting the computer. It seems that Windows 11 Widgets News Feed has been "permanently" broken for hours! When will the issues be fixed? :

Disable the rubbish news feed in windows 11 weather widgets

You will soon be able to disable the News feed in Widgets like in the tutorial below. However, you can currently only do it in the Canary, Beta, and Dev Insider builds of Windows 11.

Oh, by the way, I also mentioned in my original question that I already did this to no avail.

 

w11 weather widget and news feed

How can I just get the weather widget without the news feed? I've tried everything, I can think of, but I have been unable to figure out how I can just have the weather widget without all the news feed. I have no interest in the news feed at all. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
