Windows 10: Windows no longer boots after an update. What can I do?

Hello,Since the latest Windows update on my computer, I have the problem that Windows no longer boots.My laptop: Gigabyte GF MF5 2024Yesterday, I shut down my laptop and an update was performed during the shutdown. About 2 hours later, I tried to turn it back on, but I got the message “Preparing Automatic Repair” or just the Gigabyte logo. I’m stuck on that screen.I can only access the BIOS.What I’ve tried:I attempted to boot the PC from a USB drive using both the Windows Media Creation Tool and an ISO file created with Rufus. Unfortunately, without success.I have checked the security set

Windows 98 and ME no longer updatable...

Quite right, XP is still listed in technet. Win 98 unfortunately isn't. Windows 3.1 and 3.2 are listed though.

repairing windows will just fix any damaged files, id suggest taking off your over clocking settings the try booting in, maybe when you updated you also updated some censoring device which is now causing you a problem with your over clock settings.
