Windows 10: windows not allowing me to factory reset my tablet

i tried within the the tablet via pc settings-recovery-get started says there was a problem resetting your PC
when i try by using the power key and volume + says error code 0xc000025

and via pc settings-recovery advnace startup -troubleshoot-advanced options -it asks me for a recovery key how many digits is this and or letters. causeit only gives me a numeric keyboard.>????

Trying to connect : Galaxie Tab 4 to Windows 10

Lost Internet connection on Tablet , Galaxie Tab 4 , WiFi is present and strong to allow access it demands a password.

Tablet is reset to factory firmware , but it still needs a password.

my solution was to reset my tablet to windows 8.1 factory settings, no more BSOD

The newest update made the tablet unusable for me - either pen worked or screen worked. you couldn't use both or instant reset.



Anyone get windows 10 to work for good? I fear updating to windows 10 on this tablet

 

I assume you're looking for a BitLocker Recovery key. As long as you've tied your machine to a Microsoft account, you can dig into this FAQ and get the information you need to recover that key. Just used it to check my recovery keys and indeed, they're all purely numeric (48 digits' worth!).
