    Windows not booting up


    Hi, my windows 10 is not booting up and sends me to advance options. I have tried fixing the issue with all the tools available on the menu but in vain. 1. resetting the computer bounced in midway for some reason. 2. no backup point or image to restore the system. 3. all other fixes like safe mode and troubleshooting didn't work. 4. command prompt solutions are useless too. What to do? can I repair windows in other other way or should I format the computer and have a new windows? Please help.
