Win10 BSOD Machine Check Exception

Hey everyone, so recently I started getting a lot of Machine Check Exception bluescreens and Im not sure what the cause is. Is there a list of steps to figure out what is causing it?

BSOD error 'Machine Check Exception'

Right after Windows online upgrade from 7 to 10 there where no problems, no BSOD's, no crashes at all.In the mean time, no hardware changes, nothing of that.At first, after the first updates a crash occured once a month with 'Machine Check Exception' error.Then after updates the crashes occured more regularly.After clean Win 10 Home re-installation the crashes stopped, for a short while anyways.Then the persistant BSOD code 'Machine Check Exception' start appearing again.A few months later, worse case scenario happened, in fact after the first major updates all hell broke lose.Sometimes even daily crashes with BSOD message 'Machine Check Exception'.Then recently I found out about the Microsoft (faulty) update that caused a lot of trouble, worldwide.And the crashes keep coming, over and over again.Lately every week once or twice same thing.Various codes, stil same BSOD error message 'Machine Check Exception', the latest error:Bugcheck code: 0x0 (0x0, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0) Error: CUSTOM_ERRORIt really is sickening.Hardware specsMoBo: Asus P6T SECPU: Intel Core i7 CPU 930 @ 2.80GHzVGA: AMD Radeon R7 200 series

 

Stop code: Machine Check Exception Win10 64-bit new build

I exchanged 3600 MHx ram for 2666 to be consistent with the Intel i5-9600K CPU capabilities
System was never overclocked, XMP was never activated
Returned all BIOS settings to DEFAULT. Set Fan speed to FULL. At idle, BIOS shows CPU temp = 26°CStill had occasional Stop code: Clock Watchdog Timeout and Machine Check Exception faults.
Installed HWiNFO to monitor temperatures. Prior to Stress Test CPU temp = 26°C
Installed (Ran) OCCT Stress Test (as opposed to Prime95 which results in higher CPU temps with no safety to automatically stop stress test)
1st CPU Stress Test locked up at 10-15 seconds followed by Stop code: Clock Watchdog Timeout
2nd CPU Stress Test locked up at 15 seconds followed by Stop code: Clock Watchdog Timeout
3rd CPU Stress Test locked up at 25 seconds followed by Stop code: Clock Watchdog Timeout
4th CPU Stress Test locked up at 30 seconds followed by Stop code: Clock Watchdog Timeout

Is this an indication that the Intel i5-9600K CPU is faulty?

Created Windows 10 64-bit Clean Install for the 4th time !!!
Stop code : Machine Check Exception occurred during Win10 initial installation from M$ OEM bootable USB (retail version)
Installed latest updates. Win10 1909 OS Build 18363.997 Basic OS install with minor complement of 3rd party software.
NO 3rd party A/V installed
Installed latest NVIDIA DHC WHQL Graphics Driver
Installed latest Samsung SSD firmware and NVMe driver
Created bootable USB for Memtest86
Memtest86 1st run locked up at 25% pass 1/4 Errors: 0
Memtest86 2nd run locked up at 25% pass 1/4 Errors: 0
Memtest86 3rd run locked up at 25% pass 1/4 Errors: 1
Memtest86 4th run locked up at 25% pass 1/4 Errors: 0

Please note that this is the 2nd set of DDR4 RAM installed. Replaced 32GB G.Skill 3600 MHz (2x16MB) with Crucial Ballistix 32 GB 2666 MHz Ram (2x16MB)
Is it possible that I have a bad core i5-9600K CPU?

Forgot to mention Extreme Memory Profile (X.M.P.) NOT Enabled
Memory frequency set at 2666 MHz which is the rated frequency for my Crucial Ballistix 32GB memory kit.
Note, this is the 2nd set of 32GB RAM memory sticks installed.
