Windows 10: Windows not letting me basically use a certain drive

I have 4 drives on my computer C D E F and I've been trying to use my F drive because it has the most space.

I've tried multiple things but so far nothing is working. I am trying to switch where new data is saved on my PC so I can download games from the Xbox app on to my PC. This isn't working and it gives me an error. The error from what I understand means I don't have permission to do that on my PC. It lets change where new data is stored for everything but applications. So I tried a bunch of stuff till I gave up. Then I just tried directly installing the xbox into my drive. The install button doesn't do anything then it switched back to the drive it initially wanted me to install it on. I don't understand why this one setting is not working please help.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
