Windows 10: Windows not loading after Hiberantion was enabled and used

Dear all, I have a Windows problem. My friend have a Windows setup I believe Windows 10 for her family, there multiple people have their own account. In this windows the Hibernation Power mode was not enabled before. I have enabled it and after restarting the system Windows not loading anymore. Possible that this Windows distribution have not been classified for Hibernation mode? it is there since Windows 7. More likely scenario there was not enough space on the HW distribution to do the Hibernation so now the system doesnt know how to load the Windows. Could you please help in this top

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
