Windows 10: Windows not loading black screen and can't access Recovery Key!

Hi, my son's laptop is not loading Windows 11, and I can't access the BitLocker key.It's a Lenovo laptop, which boots up fine, showing the Lenovo logo, but once Windows loads the screen is black. I've followed through all of the recovery options that come up in the Recovery page, unfortunately none of them have worked. I've gone through Troubleshoot > Reset this PC >Keep my files / Remove everything - both bring up a message saying "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made." From Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair - ends with a message saying" Sta

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
