    windows not loading on 2 computers


    an hp laptop and dell desktop, both running windows 10 pro, fail to load windows at startup. 2 separate hard drive units are not going to fail at the same time. Please advise. Neither has backup files. TIA

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

    Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

    Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?
