Windows 10: Windows not loading on new computer

Yesterday I built a new computer, I booted it up and all was good until I tried putting windows on it. I put a USB with windows 10 in and changed the booting order on my BIOS. When I run it, instead of loading windows it says "error loading operating system" with no type of other information.

Maybe the problem is I don't have a hard drive? I have my SSD installed and it recognizes it, but my hard drive hasn't arrived yet. Other than that I don't know what the problem is, I've spent hours reading articles and watching tutorial videos to no avail

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

I want the old Widows Picture Viewer loaded on my new computer.

The computer that has the app I want to change came loaded with Windows 10 and the new Photos app. I did try your suggestion and the two choices listed = the default (Photos) and Paint. I went to the app store, but the desired application (Windows Photo
Viewer) was not listed.

geforce experience takes an age to load..

Well that's why I asked. Mine is on SSD and takes 11 seconds. Your list of games will not appear if it has not checkd for updated suggested settings for awhile until it checks.

When it says it is refreshing the game list, it is checking, because NVIDIA periodically updates suggested settings. Plus it will look for those for new games you have installed.

So, the less it is run, the slower it will be.
