Windows 10: Windows not loading properly

My PC updated like 2 or 3 days ago and suddenly started to freeze/crash saying windows didn't load properly it does it on every start as well, recory says it failed but after the bluescreen with option about recory when pressed exit the pc turns on without any abnormality without any questions or reports for the crash

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
