Windows 10: Windows not loading up

    Windows not loading up


    Last night it just kept loading up a blank screen. Now its stuck on screen that shows loading symbol and says "just a moment"

    Edit: Got it to load up to login screen. Logged in then got message saying "hard error" or something like that and now it's just on a blank screen

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
