  1. Windows not responsive after disabling CSM

I bought a used GPU, RX 6600. After watching lots of PC related videos, they always said to turn rebar ON. But after i turn on Above 4G Decoding and then Rebar, my PC become unresponsive. It was able to boot and login into windows but when i tried to launch any app, it won't launch. I could not even restart my PC from windows.Turns out, the problem was with CSM. After i re-enable CSM, my PC was working fine. Why is this happening? My PC Components :- Ryzen 5 5600G- RX 6600- Asrock B450M-HDV R4.0- Apacer Nox 2x8gb 3200mhz- Adata SX8200 Pro 512GB- PNY CS900 1TB
