Windows 10: Windows not stable since December '23

Hi, this is my first time trying this, since I've ran out of ideas in the last 14 days, trying to get my PC working normally.Since the middle of December, I have experienced random freezing of my PC, even in idle or seconds after login. If I was playing a game, sound would randomly start to rattle and distort. I had to re plug my usb sound card then, but It would happen again. I tried a fresh windows install, but it wouldn't solve my problem.I have my system up to date, chipset and all my drivers are updated. I even updated ME firmware and bios, but nothing is solved. I tried the SFC and DISM

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Cumulative December update

I tried to download and install the December Cumulative Update from the website you had listed and did not have any luck. I received error messages stating that it would not install and it still has not come through windows update. Do you have any other
suggestions?
