Windows 10: Windows not up to date but no updates available

Hello I have a problem with my Windows. It says in the Windows Update ''No security or quality fixes are installed on your device.'' But when I search for updates it doesn´t give me anything. I've tried almost everything that the internet has said to do. Nothing has worked. And I do not wish to reset Windows because it will most certainly delete some important files. Help?
