Windows 10: windows not working properly

After booting up my computer I noticed that my windows button (on the bottom left corner of my screen), cortana and various other apps are not opening when I am clicking on them. While on trying to open microsoft store and mail app it shows "class not registered" under the heading explorer.exe. I can not go into setting or any other app. When I change the volume, nothing shows up on the top left corner about how much volume has changed (the same is with brightness). I did not deleted anything. An hour before everything was working fine. I don not know how this happened. I can not do my work. Please help me. Please give me a solution to this. I need expert advice. I have tried restarting my computer but it did not worked. Please give me a valid solution>

We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try reinstalling your camera driver to resolve the issue.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

• 
  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
