Windows 10: Windows Notebook PC stuck

Hello! So I reset my Notebook PC while in the Windows Insider Beta. Now the Notebook PC only supported Windows 10, the insider build put it into Windows 11 then when I factory reset it. It got stuck in a infinite loop of the setup screen then when I complete it. I get stuck on the “Just a Moment…” screen. Then it restarts back to the setup screen. I’ve even used Windows Media Center to create the Windows 10 Installation File. And, that didn’t work. Please help. Thank you!

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.

Hello,

I've apple ipod touch 4g, google nexus 4, hp envy 17 3d, so using all 3 OS - iOS, android, windows 7.

I dont have any tablet yet..thinking to buy windows 8 tablet..

i like hp envy x2 much..tablet / notebook..

but microsoft surface and many other good tablets in market and i dont have idea..

suggest me best windows 8/?RT.other tablets / notebook pc..

New Windows 10 notebook stuck in resetting

Step1: I suggest you to run the below hardware and device troubleshooter. Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed
correctly.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on “network adapter”.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Method 2: Also I suggest you to update the Wi-Fi adapter and audio drivers for Windows 10 from the manufactures website and check if the issue persist or not.
