    Windows Notepad Rewriter Microsoft 365 error


    Hi, When I opened Windows Notepad today, I noticed a new icon at the top which was the rewriter feature. I tried to use it, but when I did, it said Subscription required for Microsoft 365. I am in Australia, by the way. From what I have noticed, people with 365 for personal or family should access it here. I have Microsoft 365 family. Why is it not letting me use it? I searched up this feature and it said you needed AI credits to use it on the blog. I don't know where to see them though.Thanks,Ashish.

    Differences between Notepad, Notepad for Windows 10, and Notepad++

    What is the difference between Notepad and Notepad for Windows 10?

    Also, what is the difference between Notepad for Windows 10 and Notepad++?

    These questions are fundamental, and the answers seem ascertainable as all three apps differ. Yet the only thing I can find explains what I’m already aware of, and that’s the difference between Notepad and Notepad++. No comparison is available that I can find of Notepad for Windows 10 to the others.

    These questions aren’t about Microsoft 365/Office but, more appropriately, about Windows/Microsoft Apps. However, since none of the Sub-topics for Windows/Apps apply, and the forum doesn’t list Notepad in the Apps list, only Microsoft 365/Office has the subcategories for Other as topics for Apps. So, I’ve posted it here and hope it will be seen and responded to by the best individuals.
