Windows 10: Windows Notifications new background color makes it unreadable

Just recently I've discovered a change that occurred... my notifications area LR corner has turned from translucent black to a translucent white. White text on an off-white background is not easy to read. I have no idea how this change occurred, nor can I find any recourse online... settings, system, notificaitons... no ability to customize, however, and make it useable again.Help?

• Which notifications are you referring to?
  
• Are you facing this issue in any application or in Windows?
  

However, you can try changing the Desktop background and colors and see if that helps in resolving the issue. Please refer the article

Wallpaper (background) color

Hi Aaron,

I realize that the background color changed from blue to black. I will try to help you with this issue.

• 
  Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
  

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.

Further you may also want to ensure that default theme is selected. Follow these steps:

  Press Windows key + I to get the Settings screen.

You can try these steps in changing the
Background color:

• 
  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left-side of the window, select
  Colors.
  
• 
  Then
  Choose a Color.
