Windows 10: Windows Notifications Occasionally Unclickable — Can't Postpone or Dismiss

Since upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I've been experiencing an issue where some system notifications become unresponsive. This has been especially frustrating with Windows Clock alarms, which I rely on heavily to manage my day due to ADHD.Here’s what’s happening:Notifications especially alarms appear in the bottom-right corner as expected.The alarm sound plays correctly, so the notification is technically active.However, I can't interact with the notification at all — I can’t click it, close it, or postpone the alarm.The only workaround I’ve found is to open the Notification Center

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

How do I dismiss notifications?

It seems the only to dismiss notifications is to individually click on each one which then opens the appropriate app. If I have say, 15 email notifications I have to click on the email notification 15 times to dismiss it entirely. This is super annoying and there must be a better way.

NOTE I do not want to disable notifications, just dismiss them.

morning, i am not recicng any popup notification at the bottom of the screen like i used to on mh wm5 device the alarm goes off and i dont get any message to snooze or dismiss just an alarm icon at the top of the screen when i click it i then get the notification
to dismiss i have also found the same with calendar remindefs and rhe alarm goes off but no dismis Notification. thanks
