Windows 10: Windows.Old folder accidentally deleted after second reset

I need help pleaseI had to reset my computer two times this month. First time on 17/08/2022 and second time yesterday on 26/08/2022Now all my screenshots from a game Minecraft are gone that date up all back to 2016. You can laugh at me but I've been sitting here now for two hours crying because there was like 2000 screenshots in that folder and so many memories. I forgot that Minecraft doesn't store screenshots in the normal folder but in the AppData one, now I do have the Windows.Old folder from the reset yesterday and I can find data that goes back to 17/08/2022 the day of my first re

Accidentally Deleted Some Folders

Yesterday I was cleaning my PC and I accidentally deleted two folders (named "NVIDIA" and "NVIDIA Corporation") in C:\ProgramData. To my knowledge this two folders only contain non important stuff like logs, etc. Later on I have found out my Program Settings in NV Control panel were set to default. This is no big deal, but now I'm worrying I fu***d something up. Otherwise, everything works as it should --> no overheating, BSODs, games are working normally...

I just want to know what I deleted. Were those two folders important???

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

While Im not sure of how important they are, I think System restore would put them back and I see they are pretty darn big too 6.5mb and 2.5 GB on my just freshly imaged laptop .
