Windows 10: Windows on new SSD

Discus and support Windows on new SSD in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Hello.Recently bought a laptop with a 512GB SSD.     Windows on new SSD


    Hello.Recently bought a laptop with a 512GB SSD. Did a fresh Win 11 install about one month ago.I want to upgrade that SSD with a faster 1TB version. Decided that the easyest way for me is to do another fresh install as I dont have anything personal stored at the moment, only games and apps that will take me 1-2 hours to reinstall.How do I preceed? Is it ok to use the same USB I used last time? Do I need to buy another Windows license?Thank you in advance. :

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    New windows 10 installtion on New SSD - wont boot unless old SSD present

    It seems you installed Windows while the both SSDs were connected. This would have caused your current problem. Maybe it is sufficient to do this:

    1. Launch the Disk Manager.
    2. Right-click drive C:, then mark it as "active".
    3. Shut down Windows
    4. Open the BIOS and tell it that the new SSD is the primary boot device.
    5. Disconnect the old SSD.
    6. Boot up normally.

    If this does not work then you might have to do this:

    1. Disconnect the old SSD.
    2. Re-install Windows on the new SSD, using the Media Creation Tool.
