Windows 10: Windows Only Deadzone

Hello all,I have been battling an issue with my Dell for the past few days and cannot figure out a solution.My internet connection has never given me a problem, and I typically use my laptop in my room.For the past two days, while showing I have a strong connection to the wifi, I get<1 MBPS while trying to access the internet. There have been zero changes to any hardware, router functionality, or router location. My cell phone while connected to the same wifi, gets 200+ MBPS in the same spot that my Dell gets < 1 MBPS my room. With this said, my internet works on my Dell when I move

Windows Touch click and drag delay/deadzone

It seems there is a deadzone where a click-drag does not register. You have to drag past this for anything to happen. Needless to say, this is problematic for the accurate manipulation of anything. Is there a way to disable or adjust this deadzone?

Sadly, this is a major issue for both input methods for anything requiring even moderate accuracy.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
