Windows open in Taskbar but not on Desktop. Windows 10. Nothing, and I mean nothing, opens except as a minimised icon in the task bar. These windows cannot be maximised. They cannot be moved. So, shift plus right click is no use. I cannot run as admin or go into settings because, guess what, these windows also just open in the taskbar and cannot be expanded. Contact with an actual human being from Microsoft who can get the stuff I pay for working again would be very much appreciated at this point, and it would suggest Microsoft gives a damn, but, really, I would be very grateful to anyone in t

winstore.mobile.exe opens by itself in windows 10 64 bit, how do i delete winstore.mobile.exe or keep it from aut opening and stay minimized in my taskbar?

If Recycle Bin is the only icon you can see, open it, from the explorer window navigate to Control Panel and find Taskbar settings there.
