Windows 10: Windows Optimise Drives Lists SSD as HDD. How to correct this?

I have a system with two RAIDs of SSD drives. Windows 10 Optimise Drives correctly list one as Media Type SSD. But it lists the other as HDD. This means it does not schedule a retrim on the drive but defragmentation. Microsoft does not recommend that an SSD be defragmented as it may be detrimental. How can I correct the Media Type to SSD? There must be a setting in the registry somewhere? I have tried winsat formal This does not change the Media Type. Also

CANT OPTIMISE AS HDD SHOWING AS SSD

I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 yesterday, and cannot now optimise my hard drive as it is showing as SSD. Can anyone give me step by step instructions for this pensioner who is not very good with IT. I have looked for other posts on this forum,
but none seem to have given simple instructions on how to solve this.

( I think I have been able to defrag using my internet security software, but would prefer to be able to do it direct through Windows). Here is a screenshot of what is happening when I try to optimise.:-

Hi,

I recently cloned my complete Windows 10 installation from a hard drive to a Crucial SSD using the Acronis Cloning software that Crucial supplied. After cloning, I removed the old hard drive and was happy to see that Windows loads fine from the new SDD,
and everything seemed to be working fine.

However I have now noticed that the SSD (which is now my 'Drive C:') is still listed as a 'Hard Disk Drive' when I bring up the Defrag and Optimise Drive app and not as "Solid State Drive".

This is worrying me as I understood that Windows needs to correctly recognise the drive as a solid state drive in order to apply the correct optimisation policies.

My question is how can I make Wiondows 10 correctly treat the drive as a Solid State Drive?
