Windows 10: Windows Orchestrator Service stopped working

So for a while now I have had this issue, and nothing I do seems to fix it. I have reinstalled Windows 10 four times in the last seven months and while it might work for a while it will always cease function after a while. I am at my wits end and have no clue what to do at this point. Viewing the reliability center shows it stops working every 5 minutes all day every day till eventually it just causing the system to freeze up. The rest of this PC has no problems what so ever. The only issue is Windows orchestrator Service. Is there anything at all I can do? As mentioned previously, even reinstalling Windows 10 just wards this off temporarily.

found similar error in the 'System' log, during the restart after installing the update, is this normal for windows 10? Does everyone faced such thing? The update seems to have settled, in the status I've see 'Success', there seem to be no other errors.

Windows 10 Update Orchestrator Service

That desktop PC, and with windows 10 1709 Enterprise on it, nothing serious have been tweaked about updates (some tweaks to not install updates automatically in Group Policy) , no Network Domain/AD used. So this is normal? As far I know that Update orchestrator does not used in common editions.

 

The Update Orchestrator Service service hung on starting.


I have been getting "The Update Orchestrator Service service hung on starting". Ran troubleshoot, no problem found. I know it has something to do with windows update, which is working properly. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
