Windows 10: Windows Original Install Date is incorrect.

I've been having problems with my pc not updating and after trying multiple things I've realized that my Original install date is reading 1/1/1601. Could this be causing my installs to fail? How do I change the date? I've tried to change it in the registry but may have done so incorrectly.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Version install date is incorrect

Even though a computer is new to the current owner it may have been set up earlier. The Notebook I'm on now shows the same information but the date is different.



As for the Version it may be shown 2 ways:

As a first step in investigating this further, I'd like to take a closer look at one of the files that this is happening to. Can you reply back with a screenshot of the file info? I've provided steps below for how to capture the information for us.

  Open File Explorer (Start > File Explorer)
  
• 
  In the navigation bar, type “Libraries\Pictures” without the quotations.
  
  
  
• 
  Search for the filename of one of the images that has the incorrect date.
  
• 
  Right-click on the columns (Name, Date), and ensure that the Date, Date taken, and Date created columns are checked
  
  
  
• 
  Take a screenshot of the result with the Date, Date taken, and Date created columns visible. It should look like this:

  Also check the File Properties of the image
  
  • 
    Right-click the image and select Properties.
    
  • 
    Switch to the Details tab.
    
  • 
    Let us know the Date taken, Date created, and Date modified.
