Windows 10: Windows outputting a lot of differet errors

Hello everyone,This evening I was trying to make my PC quieter. I opened the MSI Center, which prompted me for an update. After it finished, I opened the fan tool and clicked on the sys fan 6 I don't remember the exact name. I then saw there was a button called "tune fan." I clicked it, and it said it would reboot and take a few moments. But after it started rebooting, the screen stayed black for 30 minutes. I decided to force shutdown using the Windows button. But after trying to start it again, it got stuck on the MSI loading screen when Windows was booting. I decided to try turning it off

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
