Windows 10: WINDOWS PASSWORD

This is the most frustrating thing I've dealt with in a long time! I cannot call anyone about this and these articles are NOT helpful. I recently did a full PC reset because it was in a restart loop. I managed to sign into my Microsoft account but it's asking me for a Windows password which I have no recovery options. Can anyone help me?
