Windows 10: Windows Password

I fired up a Lenovo Ideacentre that hadn't been used for a couple of years, no startup password so I put one in did some work left it transferring info from a hard drive overnight. I hadn't written down the password and I've forgotten it!! The Lenovo has been switched on for a couple of days wracking my brains. I can't switch off or else I can't get back in! How do I remove the password I set.... pretty please?
