Windows 10: Windows PC freezes on boot UNLESS I open the BIOS first

This issue is literally driving me insane. I've asked for help on several forums, with plenty of suggestions but none have resolved the issue.For the past 3 weeks, my computer has been freezing on the Windows boot screen - the spinning circle will freeze in place, and the computer never starts. However, very strangely, if I open the BIOS and then exit, the computer boots normally. It's worth mentioning that most repair tools Automatic Repair, Startup Repair, etc. are also freezing in the same way - and even a Windows recovery USB sometimes freezes.I've tried an absurd list of things:Turning

Thanks, As you and SIW2 have suggested i have tried setting legacy boot from safe mode from both power shell and CMD, but when i try to boot it normally by pressing power button it still boots to new boot ui.
It does show legacy boot menu but only if go into bios and select boot device from there, and when i select either windows 10 or windows 10 safe mode, it boots into it normally. like it was doing before. No error message or nothing.

So we are back to step one here, where it only boot normally if i select boot device manually from bios.

Windows boots to the desktop then freezes

Yeah...I went to google and got the F8...lol*Stick Out Tongue ....thxxx

It boots up in safe mode and seems to work fine. Now I just need to figure out what's causing windows to freeze up befor it fully loads in normal start up operation.

Any suggestions where I might start ?

 

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
