Windows 10: Windows/PC Freezes

Hello, 3days ago i started to have some issues with my pc again.While gaming or watching some youtube etc my windows just stops working first its windows searchbar, task manager is frozen etc. it ends with complete freeze mouse/keyboard.Sometimes sound is looped in games other its just fine sound still plays.It happens every couple of hours, only full reset works power button doesnt do anything.After reset button pc boots just fine and works for couple hours without problems.Crash happens like 1-2 times a day at least for now.One time when crashed i presed win+l to logout it worked but a

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
