Windows 10: Windows pc health check won't install

I'm trying to install windows 11 using the installation assistant it tells me right at the start to use the pc health check app to check compatibility so I downloaded the windows pc health check app when I try to install the health check app the set up window comes up and the progress bar for the installation does not move or fill up at all for about half an hour then I get a message box pop up saying 'Installer is no longer responding'

Windows PC Health Check Install Error

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

Try to check for updates and install any updates available.

-Press Windows key + X

-Go to Settings

-Click Update and Security

-Check for Updates and Install any updates available.

Once the updates are installed, restart your computer check the PC health app.

Others reported that the tool has a bug when checking tool, Microsoft announced that there will be an update with the tool in the upcoming weeks.
