  1. Windows PC restarted automatically and created a crash dump

Got the following message in Crash dump created:ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY be An attempt was made to write to readonly memory. The guilty driver is on the stack trace and is typically the current instruction pointer. When possible, the guilty driver's name Unicode string is printed on the BugCheck screen and saved in KiBugCheckDriver. Arguments: Arg1: ffff8c8000000080, Virtual address for the attempted write. Arg2: 1a000000150c2025, PTE contents. Arg3: ffffdc8b243fde50, reserved Arg4: 000000000000000a, reserved

  2. Windows 10 isnt creating memory dumps

It should still be doing a dump whether it's just from kernel space or kernel plus user space. It's possible the crashes your PC is experiencing are not allowing for a memory dump to be created. It's happened to me before when I've been pushing my overclock to far. Instead of the sad face BSOD I've gotten a hard lockup that prevented a memory dump.

This might be worth looking over.

Windows PC restarted automatically and created a crash dump

    PC crash causing restart

    1) For Ccleaner uncheck:
    a) Memory Dumps
    b) Windows Log Files

    2) The startup and recovery system failure image was not yet posted (step #1a in post #7)
    3) The chkdsk /scan results was not yet posted (step #6 in post #7)

    4) For startup and recovery system failure:
    a) uncheck automatically restart
    b) change write debugging information to automatic memory dump
    c) make sure the dump file displays: %systemroot%\Memory.dmp
    d) reboot to maintain settings

    5) Make sure that there is no overclocking during the troubleshooting process

    6) Make a backup image using Macrium:
