Windows 10: windows performance is bad. help needed.

my pc freazes for a while and then continue, and sometimes some programes becomes not responding until the pc refresh itself for no reason.this problem appered when I installed windows 10 pro 64 bit on the pc and it became annoying to take, i need help with this problem.thank you.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
