Windows 10: windows phone calls keep popping up and disappearing random and it's really fast.

so yesterday I had weird things happen. like phone calls keep popping up in Windows and I had this error in my phone app about the buffer of phone calls and thinking of a malicious is doing it, but I use Malwarebytes and research. no problems popping up, but it pops up today after my phone calls so help me.

A random window is popping up

sounds/headset popping

hello guys,

I have really annoying random sound popping issues its a silent tik, but so annoying, I ve tried everything but dont know how to fix this..

I never had fast booting on , I tried changing cpu minimum to 100% and still popping (changed it to default again)

I deleted drivers and reinstalled them and still not working, does anyone know how to fix this cuz this is really annoying.
