    Windows Phone connection is not working.


    I´ve received an invitation from my own computer Microsoft Surface Go 2 to connect it with my phone Samsung Galaxy Note 10+.I clicked OK and I've followed the process, but couldn't get the QR code, nothing works, not the page www.aka.ms/yourpc, neither any of the "solutions" in this support community, and the previous questions about this failure are closed.When I got tired of trying everything to get it, then I got a 6-character code instead of the QR, but when I entered that code, nothing happens too.It really is frustrating.Thank you and best regards to you.

    Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Mobile

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
