    Hello community,i am struggling with this issue since some time now.I started my journey here where i asked why my Photo Viewer app is showing broken colors:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-11-photo-viewer-is-showing-screenshots/9fc9f114-eaf4-4435-8cca-6af16b739fb2I got some decent answer and made further investigations which revealed that a fresh, non updated windows installation does not have the issue.But after doing the first windows update, which applied also some Corsair monitor driver, the issue appeared.So, i went to my hardware provider, Corsair, to get so

    Windows 10 Photo App not taking into account ICC color profiles

    Can anyone else confirm the Windows 10 Photo Viewer app doesn't take into account the monitor device ICC color profile? I calibrated my Windows 10 laptop using Spyder5Express and the colors look completely different in the Photo Viewer than other color-aware
    programs like Photoshop, Irfanview, or Canon's Digital Photo Professional. I seem to recall Windows 7 Photo Viewer rendered image colors correctly.

    Photos App is still not color managed

    Photos App is still not color managed. It doesn't respect ICC profiles at all. Images in Photos App are oversaturated and color shifted compared to all other image viewers and Adobe Photoshop - even old desktop Windows Photo Viewer which respect ICC profiles.

    Windows 10 v1909 ICC Profiles - Advanced Color

    In the Windows 10 v1909 control panel Color Management app I load an ICC profile for an HP color laserjet printer. Two sections appear in the Color Management app - "ICC Profiles" and "ICC Profiles (Advanced Color)". What is difference between these
    two sections? In particular, what does "Advanced Color" mean?
