Windows 10: Windows photo viewer no longer works, I get an error message on startup and nothing I can...

I get this on startup:And I get this whenever I try to open any photo or video with windows photo viewerI've looked online and found where I can repair and reset it in the settings, I've tried both and it doesn't workI'm also getting the "windows is scanning/repairing drive C: when I boot as well as a popup on the taskbar that tells me to click to repair which also does nothing as I get the same popup every boot and the same error message when I log in or try to open a picture/video.Any help is appreciated.

How to get rid of raw file support in windows photo viewer?




I have downloaded this, and it did not work; photo viewer is not in the list of programs in Open With or Default App. I used option 2 step 3, followed by step 5 to 9.

looking for a little help with an error message im getting on startup, after windows is fully loaded and im at desktop i get :

"smartbridge alerts: MotiveSB.exe - entry point not found. the procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL."

any ideas?

Replacement for photo viewer

Win ver 19041.388

Just do not like this "new" photo viewer, it is just cumbersome to operate, lot of extra steps etc. I like the older Win photo viewer, however since JPG files are saved as "unhandled Extension handler finder", *Confused I need something else. Appreciate any suggestions that is not overly optioned, just a simple viewer. Tx
