Windows 10: Windows photos app displaying with night light filter?

So this has been going on for a very long time..My windows photo viewer shows photos with the night light filter even when the night light is turned off.I've been through windows reinstalls, app resets/reinstalls and many more thing which haven't solved the problem.

Can't find night light mode in display.

Hey guys,

I just got this HP windows 10 laptop, and I tried to enable the night light function to help filter the blue light to protect my eyes from getting sore. I followed every steps online, "setting-display-night light mode"..but I reached to the "customize your display" instead of "display", and there's no such a thing called "night light"(pic shown as below). I would appreciate if you can help me with this problem, bring me back to the normal display setting to get my favourite night light turned on. Thank you!

 

No Access to Night Light/Blue Light Filter Options

Night light blue light filter

Hi, I have become very concerned about blue light, and finally found the Night Light setting in the windows display options. I set the strength to maximum, but am wondering, what percentage of blue light am I filtering at this maximum strength? 100%? 80%?
