Windows 10: Windows Photos app features don't work

Hello, I have this problem already for a while. When I open a picture in the Photos app in my windows 10 computer Laptop, the different features like AI-copilot, editing using the video editor, etc., are not clickable. You can see that I signed them in red circles in the screenshot attached to this question. To summarize, almost the entire top toolbar is not responding when I am clicking on the different icons. How can I solve this problem?I have the latest version of windows 10 installed.

Can´t remove tags from people in fotos app

Hello there (please get the reference),

I saved all my pictures to OneDrive, and now the photos app sorted them to show me people (I think it is a well known feature). But I have a few people I don´t want to be listed there, so there is the "remove tag" feature. But it does not work. A few seconds
after I removed the tag, they are back. I could delete the photos, but I don´t want to.

Regarding your issue on photo app, we suggest to reset it and see if the issue will persist:

• Open Settings.
• Click Apps.
• Select Apps and Features.
• Highlight Photo app and select Advanced option.
• Click Reset.

If the issue happened after installing the Polarr Pro, we suggest that you uninstall the app first and check if the photo app will work.

To uninstall a program in Windows 10, follow these steps:

• Go to Control Panel.
• Click Programs.
• Look for Programs and Features.
• Right-click Polarr Pro.
• Click Uninstall.
