Windows 10: Windows Photos starts at beginning when clicking to next photo

It is the same issue as a similar question before, in my file explorer, say I have hundreds of photos, whichever I open in Microsoft Photo, just the default photo viewer it comes with when I hit next, it always goes back to the second photo in the folder for some reason not the first too, this occurs in all folder. From the thumbnail bar, you can see the preview that the next photo will be the 2nd photo in the folder. I tried the method mentioned by resetting the photo app and file explorer view settings but they don't help. It's quite disturbing and a loss in productivity when it comes

Windows Photos starts at beginning when clicking to next photo

Say I have 20 photos in a folder. If I click on photo 11 and press the button to the right that says "Next," the next photo in line will be photo 1, not photo 12. If I go to the left button labeled "Previous," photo 20 will appear. How do I fix this. Some folders do not have this problem, so is it a problem with the amount of images in it? Also, why can't my images in photos take up the whole screen anymore? There's always a gray box that surrounds them no matter what size they are and even if I zoom in the gray box will stay there as though the rest of the screen doesn't exist.

Someone else also asked about the same problem and the answer was:

-Right-click on Windows start button
-Click on Apps.
-Click on Apps & features.
-Select the Microsoft Photos app from the list.
-Click the Advanced options link.
-Click the Reset button.
-Click the Reset button again to confirm.

I did all of that. But my problem still continues

 

Multiple Photos

We suggest that you follow the steps below to delete the photo through Photos app:

• If you’re looking at your list of photos in Photos app, select the photos by clicking on checkbox on the photos you want to delete. Click
  Delete icon at the bottom right corner to delete.
• If you open a photo, Tap or press Delete
  key from keyboard.

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps:

Method 1:

I suggest you to change the Default apps in the setting app and verify the result. You may follow the steps in the below:

• Go to settings and system.
  
• Click on Default Apps and select the appropriately.
  

Method 2:

I suggest you to reinstall Photo app using the PowerShell command
and reinstall using the Windows store. Follow the below steps.

• Open the　Start　menu, type　Windows PowerShell　in the search bar.
  
• Right click on the　Windows　PowerShell　and select　Run as　administrator.
  
• Enter the below command to uninstall the Photo app.
  

• 　　get-appxpackage　　*Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage
