Windows 10: Windows pops up windows, shuts down or sleeps for no reason, help!

Hi, I've been having several issues and I cannot resolve them. First every here and then windows pops up what you see in the screenshot the speech recognition thingy in upper middle, the search bar, the settings and the search displays on the right side all at once, I don't press a certain key or mouse or anything. It happens when i watch yt videos and am not even touching keyb+mous, happens when im gaming, and literally any random time. Second i have another pop up sometimes on the bottom-right corner that says i have plug in a new device and i should choose what type of device it is "headp

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Shutting down, hibernating, or sleeping?

Speaking of ... I just built a new PC with an AMD Kaveri and Windows 7 64 and the option sleep is greyed out, I get shut down and hibernate; it's funny, on my PC (see specs) I get sleep and shut down not hibernate. I tried the bios but I'm clueless. Any ideas?
